    目前，随着我国社会经济的发展，电力企业也在逐步完善，其在我国设备基层建设中发挥了重要作用，同时在时代发展中，社会各界对电力企业提出了较高的要求，电力企业也面临着严峻挑战。所以，为了满足社会需求，必须要加强电力企业内部管理，本文就对电力企业人力资源管理的创新措施进行深入探讨。
