    进度管理是建筑工程管理的重中之重，不仅对施工工期有直接影响，也还对工程成本、质量等有一定的制约作用。对施工单位而言，如果不能按照合同期限交付建筑工程项目，可能面临经济损失、影响企业信誉等问题；对建设单位而言，存在项目投资无法按时发挥效益的风险。因此，有必要正确认识建筑工程管理中进度管理的重要性，并采取有效措施以提高进度管理水平。
