    Abstract：

    职业道德课程的建设与教学改革工作是当今社会对我国现代综合性职业道德教育所迫切需要的，有利于我国综合性素质教育事业的开展。改变了在传统模式下以往的应试教育下的知识与教育形态，转变了教育观念，以培养学生为核心，教会了学生自己做人，教导他们如何学会与周边人和谐地相处，提高了学生的语言交际技巧，大力促进了学生的品行道德教育、感性教育。
