    教师教学能力比赛作为提升高职院校教师教学能力的重要引擎，作者尝试从实际工作与比赛经验出发，结合近几年我校教师参加省赛与国赛的经验，探索通过比赛提升教师教学能力的策略与措施，为今后教师参赛并提升教学能力提供理论支撑与经验借鉴。
