    现阶段的公共图书馆中图书管理人员的服务意识以及工作观念和态度存在较大的问题。在实际工作中，图书管理人员将图书和资料进行相应的陈列后便不管不顾，对于使用者进行严格繁琐的借阅手续审核，极大的影响借阅者的再次借阅的动力。因此，研究公共图书馆人性化应用服务具有重要意义。下面笔者就对此展开探讨。
