    Abstract：

    在单位制向社区制的转变中，介于二者形态之中的单位型社区大量涌现。随着国家对基层社会治理的推进，单位制社区独特的治理结构和特殊的制度安排使其在治理过程中表现出独特的优势与天然的困境。本文运用城市社区分类治理的逻辑框架，从产权结构、治理结构和社群结构的角度对单位制社区的进行剖析。
