Abstract：
在班级内对学生进行有效的教育，促进学生的全面发展，是班主任最重要的班级工作。“教育无痕，润物无声”，要在日常教学当中，润物细无声，对学生进行“无痕”教育，没有痕迹的教学，也就是教学与教育融为一体才能更好的开展班级工作，保障工作实效。其中将语文教学进行有效结合，不仅有助于班级工作的实施，也能提升对学生的教育质量。
