    教师反思自己的教学设计与课堂教学，记录自己的感受、心得、评价与修订教学设计，总结积累教学经验，在实际教学中具有非常重要的意义。这既可以为今后的教学提供有益的借鉴，有利于优化下一节、下一轮的教学，又便于及时弥补教学中的“遗憾”和修正“失误”，不断充实自己的教学，切实提高教学水平和教学质量。
