Abstract：
体育学科是高中教育中十分重要的课程，其教学质量不仅会影响到学生的身体素质水平，还会对学生的心理健康、精神状态、意志力带来很大影响，所以在高中教育中加强体育教学尤为关键。在实践中，教师将拓展训练引入高中体育教学中，能有效提高学生的体育学习热情，促进学生各项能力的发展，具有良好的应用效果，下面对此进行分析。
