德育教育培养幼儿个性品质的实践与研究

Abstract：

良好的个性品质对于幼儿的成长是极其重要的，是其身心能否朝着健康方向发展的基础，在更大层面上来说也与社会发展所需的复合型人才相契合。因而在其教学活动中，以德育教育来培养幼儿的个性品质就显得尤为重要。教师势必要在幼儿的一日活动中，根据幼儿的发展特点给予其适时的德育渗透，在潜移默化中培养其个性品质。
