    Abstract：

    随着教育改革的深入发展，传统教育方式与当今的教育理念也是显得格格不入，改进传统教学方式变得迫在眉睫。在教育改革的背景下也带来了许多新的教学理念，学生综合素质的发展成了重中之重。对于小学数学教育来说，其重点不能只放在学生的成绩上，而是应该培养学生的综合素质，提升学生思考的能力以及培养学生对于数学的兴趣。这就需要教师们去改进传统的教学方式，提升课堂效果。
