Abstract：
信息技术已经成为当下人们生活与工作中不可分割的一部分，满足了人们工作与生活中的各项需求。在我国教育中已经利用起信息技术促进教学质量与效率的提升，并且在应用的过程中不断地挖掘其具有的功能，进而创新出教学方法实现不断提升教学效果的目的。初中信息技术是培养学生信息素养的重要学科且需要利用信息技术提升教学质量，可以通过教学网站的构建并应用于教学中提升教学有效性。
