Abstract：
学院的绩效预算管理是提高教育财政资金效率与效果的重要措施，做好绩效预算管理必须创新绩效预算管理的组织构架，打造以业财融合为特征的预算管理运行机制，建立科学的绩效评价指标体系和激励机制并加以运用，并在绩效预算管理过程中不断完善。使高校能够有效使用财政资金，提高资金的使用绩效，充分发挥其人才培养、科学研究和社会服务功能，促进国民经济的发展，实现科教兴国。
