    Abstract：

    高校资助育人工作不仅是人才培养的重要部分,更是促进教育公平,帮助贫困家庭学生顺利完成学业,"授人以渔"的重要扶贫工作.体现了国家和党对贫困学生的人文关怀.现阶段,高校资助育人工作还存在着资助制度缺陷,资助政策不透明、资助内容过于单一,资助成效不明显等问题,用"精准扶贫"的视角去对待高校资助育人工作也是提高资助品质的新方向.
