    作为班级的管理者和督促者以及校规校纪的执行者,在初中的教育工作中班主任对初中生身心的发展都有着强大的激励和促进作用.时代的变换导致班主任的工作也发生了相应的改变,为了确保学生可以更全面的发展,班主任要做的不只是督促学生的学习,还要关注学生的心理变化,这要求班主任的工作也要作出相应的创新.
