    Abstract：

    在传统的教学模式影响下，教师都更加注重学习的质量以及学生的成绩，并不关注学生的学习情况，这不符合新课改和素质教育的理念，所以教师需要改变传统的教学方法，帮助学生更好地进行学习，让学生做课堂的“主人”。教师需要在应用合作学习的过程中，多注意培养学生的团队合作意识，让学生具有团队的概念，让学生能够在小组学习的过程中主动沟通，合作解决问题。让小学语文课堂变得更加有趣生动，并且提升教师的教学质量和学生的学习效率。
