Abstract：

目前,针对我国的建筑市场总体的发展趋势,我国的建筑工程项目发展需要根据具体的时代发展需求对自身的发展要求进行相对灵活的提升.其中要求建筑工程具备相对科学的承包管理方式就是其中个相对重要的一点.而对我国的建筑项目承包体系进行积极的健全与完善,是我国的建筑市场发展过程中所必须的一种十分重要的手段.
