    随着社会的不断发展,我国城市化建设进程加快.在当前的时代背景下,市政项目的施工单位需要对工程质量进行控制.在进行现场施工管理过程中,要树立安全第一的施工原则,优化资源配置,保证工程项目的建设效益.本文主要围绕市政工程的内涵、目前我国市政工程质量及安全问题进行分析,探讨提高市政工程施工质量及安全管理的有效措施,从而为相关管理人员提供一定的理论参考.
