    经济的快速发展对人们生活有着重要的影响,其中较为明显的就是人们提高了对建筑施工项目质量的要求.与此同时,施工项目的管理工作模式也逐渐发生了变化,由原来的及时纠正发现问题,转化为提前预防问题的发生.不仅如此,在项目施工时所承担的风险因素也逐步变得多样化,所以我们要加强工程项目中的风险管理.鉴于此,本文主要分析探讨了建设工程项目施工风险管理方面的内容,以供参阅.
