    固定资产是确保企业正常生产经营的基础性投资,固定资产在企业资产中所占比重最大,尤其是电网企业其主要投资方向是电网建设,电网企业不但存在着固定资产投资规模大,而且还有固定资产所在区域范围大的特点,因此对电网企业的固定资产投资管理,对于电网企业整个经营管理、经济效益的提升有着举足轻重的作用.鉴于此,本文主要分析探讨了电网企业固定资产投资管理存在的问题及对策,以供参阅.
