随着经济的发展,人们的生产生活对于电量的要求,促进了配网基建工程的大力开展,电力基建工程是一项系统化工程,在工程建设管理阶段,需要全面贯彻落实全过程管理,如工程设计管理、合同管理、安全管理、质量管理等,增强电力基建工程管理水平,提升工程管理效率,促使电力基建工程管理规划得到全面落实,提升经济效益.
