    Abstract：

    为保障残疾儿童受教育权利,我国自20世纪80年代中期以来开始吸收能够跟班学习的残疾儿童在附近普通小学随班就读的试验.国务院常务会议于2017年1月11日通过《残疾人教育条例(修订草案)》,提出"推广融合教育,保障残疾人进入普通幼儿园、学校接受教育".十九届五中全会提出推进优质融合教育,让残疾儿童享有适合他们的教育.
