    在新课程改革对小学阶段教学提出更高教学要求的同时,也对小学教师的专业发展提出了更加严谨的考验.因此,实现自身专业发展与新课程改革发展趋势的吻合,教师就应积极的进行终身学习意识的树立,通过自主、自觉、主动的学习方式来进行自身教学理念、专业素养以及知识体系的转变与构建,由"教书匠"发展成为一名"专家型"教师.
