    Abstract：

    现阶段,我国电力行业发展迅速,电力营销成了电力企业运营管理中的重点内容之一,对于电力企业创造经济利润具有十分重要的意义,因此电力企业应加强对电力营销的稽查工作,以提高电力营销的成效.但是在目前的稽查工作中还存在很多问题,影响了营销稽查的水平和效率,也不利于电力营销活动的开展,电力企业应采取有针对性的解决措施来提高稽查管理的质量.
