Abstract：
随着我国当前建筑行业的不断发展,为了使相关企业能够获得较大的经济效益,加强建筑工程管理是非常重要,但是由于建筑工程管理中所涉及的问题具有复杂性和多样性的特征,如果并没有制定科学而完善的建筑工程管理方案的话,那么会对后续建筑工程的施工造成非常严重影响,因此需要认真的分析存在于当前建筑工程管理中的突出问题,提出优化性的方案.
