Abstract：
随着社会经济的快速转型,生产生活用电需求逐渐增加.在电力企业建设进程中,电力企业需要科学的管理物资以及改进自身的经济效益与社会效益,才能从总体上提高物资管理的质量与安全性,进而确保了供配电效率以及品质.本文首先阐述了电力企业物资管理的重要性然后介绍了优化电力企业物资的采购管理以及仓库管理的措施.
