    以学生为主体的课堂是充分重视学生的学习体验,使其成为课堂的主体,激发其进行自主学习,使其能带着强烈的学习动机对相关知识展开了解.通过合适的方式使其内在的潜能被充分激发,对提高学习效率起到积极地促进作用.与此同时,教师要及时更新其教学理念,对自己的教学手法进行不断地完善.在小学语文教学中,要能设计合理的课堂教学方案,为教学效率的有效提高奠定基础.
