    Abstract：

    随着素质教育的不断深入,对于学生的学科学习提出了更高的要求.初中英语教学是培养学生英语素质,建立语感的重要学习阶段.对于初中阶段的英语学习而言,一定的英语知识储备对初中学生固然很重要,但学科的综合核心素养培养也是需要教师进行重视的.对此,教师可针对初中英语阅读课教学与学科核心素养培养进行探讨.在英语学习的过程中,教师不仅要带领学生学习教材中的内容,还要注重培养学生的英语核心素养,包括英语的表达能力、逻辑思维能力以及文化意识等.
