    作为一项隐性的教育资源,反思在数学教学中的作用毋庸置疑.新课标指导下的数学教学必须充分发挥教师引导和学生主体两方面的作用,才能从根本上提升反思能力.本文试图从师和生两个层面,提出一定的培养策略,以期提升学生的数学反思能力.
