    Abstract：

    随着素质教育的不断推进，小学语文教学中也有了更高的要求和目标，教师作为语文教学的关键性力量，在为学生讲述 语文知识的过程中，还应该有效的维护小学生的面子，尤其对于小学生而言，其心理比较敏感，自尊心比较强，因此更需要教师敏锐的观察对每个孩子的变化，更好的维护孩子的自尊心。本文分析了小学语文教学中维护孩子面子的重要性，提出了小学语文学科维护孩子面子的策略。
