要]班主任是班级的指挥棒，他与任课教师存在着不同，班主任不仅是授课的教师，也是学生的教育者，生活的导师和道德的引路人。他（她）的人格魅力包含了自身的“光”与“热”两种能量，其中“光”包括着思想、行为与学识等方面的内容，“热”则包括爱心、诚心与耐心，它们的适量散发对班级的管理起着举足轻重的作用。
