    随着城市化的不断推进和人口集聚，城乡生活垃圾的生成量增长较快。根据党中央提出的乡村振兴、新型城镇化实施计划，在未来几年里，城农生活垃圾收集率将大大提高，如何科学、合理地处置城乡生活垃圾已成为当前城乡建设中的一项重要工作。
