    Abstract：

    BIM技术正在我国建筑业中不断得到推广。在传统建筑业中，工程造价存在许多无法避免的问题，比较普遍存在的就是“概算超估算”“预算超概算”及“结算超预算”三超问题。BIM技术的引入使得在工程各个阶段的造价得到了较好的控制，可以比较好的避免三超现象的发生。
