    工程造价是施工企业一项重要的管理活动，借助工程造价活动的有效开展，能够更好地促进企业预算管理，防止施工过程中出现成本失控。在施工阶段存在很多不确定因素，制约了施工企业工程造价控制活动的有效开展。本文结合实践，对此问题展开分析和探讨。
