    工程概预算在实际实施时主要指的是编制各类价格文件，以此实现对拟建工程造价的预先测算和确定。但是，就目前我国市政工程概预算管理工作的基本现状来看，其在具体的管理工作中还存在着一些问题，需要各部门进一步优化。
