    Abstract：

    水利水电工程作为我国的重要基础设施，对于国民经济发展也有着一定的促进作用。水利水电设施堤防工程具备灌溉、储水、预防洪涝灾害等作用，其施工质量也会影响到水利水电工程施工质量跟运行安全性。这也就需要相关建设单位能够加强对堤防施工的监理工作，确保工程施工有序开展，本文主要就水利水电工程中的堤防施工监理质量控制进行了探究分析。
