    Abstract：

    随着经济的迅猛发展，高速公路通车里程也日益增长，已通车高速公路在交通荷载和环境因素的共同作用下路面使用性能也在不断衰减。养护维修资金供给难以满足养护维修需求增长的矛盾将始终长期存在，为充分发挥有限养护资金的使用效率和养护效益，充分发挥其在社会进步和经济建设中的重要作用，开展高速公路养护科学决策研究，已成为高速公路管养的当务之急。
