    Abstract：

    实际既有建筑检测鉴定操作之中，经常会出现建筑物没有任何结构图纸和技术资料现象，但人们还需要对建筑实际结构安全性现状进行总结，为结构加固维修提供参考。本文根据以往工作经验，对既有建筑检测鉴定规范内容进行总结，并从材料强度调查、钢筋抽检结果、承载能力和抗震验算、第二级结构安全性鉴定四方面，论述了无资料既有建筑检测鉴定的方法和步骤。
