Abstract：

随着我国城市化、城镇化进程的不断加快，社会经济水平不断提高，人们的需求也更加的多样化、多元化，需求层次也更高。本文主要对品质导向下的城市街区空间环境营建策略和方法进行简要分析，希望对提升城市街区建设的人性化和质量水平，增强城市活动，更好的服务于城市居民生活有所启示。
